    CSS, I like php it's my type of programming, but wow I can not code a template tableless with CSS at all, its really sad

    PHP of course, its a real language, and it can be a pain in the neck when dealing with databases and mistakes can call out the wrong thing. Also PHP pages can incorporate HTML and CSS into it, so it can handle all 3.

    Once you've learnt basic html, css is very simple, inline or external.

    PHP is a server side scripting language that is quite difficult to start learning.

    Look up some tutorials on php basics, see how you get on.
