Cloacking is the page wich shows different contend to different users. for example SE spiders will see one page, ordinary user - another. How to use them? hallway - usually wery usefull when you want index your weak backlinks quickly. doorways - to generate very well targeted (!!!) traffic to some landing pages. This is a black seo, so if not sure, don't use it. Cloacking - again very black seo stuff, try not use it. Even if you would like to do page with respect to users geotargeting - don't do it.
