    Ha, good luck. Nobody can tell you that. Well, maybe some employees of the respective companies know how it works, but I highly doubt that they'll come to DP and tell you about it.

    Search Engines never publish their algorithm. You can read guideline provided by Major search engines like Google, Yahoo & Bing.
