hi suhailjav, first of all the word is "sand box" and not "send box". well there is a huge debate on this topic in the seo world. many do agree to it's existence and many don't. well in my own experience i have found that google trusts old domains due to which newly registered domain names takes time to come up in the SERPs. i have also noticed that google starts to give importance to a brand new domain name after 3 months from it's registration date. during that period as the domain-name don't appear in the SERPs many say that it's in google "sand box". hope this reply of mine will help you to clear your doubt.
