Did you mean related keyword searches? If so, it is automatically and you cannot participate with it. If you really want to do advertise via Google - Adwords is your place
I also think you mean the related keyword suggestions that google provides at the bottom of the page, it is generated by Google based on the other popular searches related to your search term. I don't think you have any control on these suggestions given by Google.
