i think google+ is new social networking, an still in progress make some updates, the updates is not far from facebook, twitter or another social networking sites features,, i can no wait for g+ update!
Google is just testing the waters for Social Media, and therefore a fully functional Google+ is not in the market yet. But more can be expected.

I agree with nk that next update in g+ is for business. As in coming days it will try to establish the business platform as for that g+ has many features build from the start.
Yes, i think their policies is too strength, too many banned accounts, lot of my friends had been deleted
I think Google sees the changes in the Internet and they noticed that they can't stay behind when it comes to social networking. Thats why they introduce the different circles for friends, colleagues, family etc. Furthermore they want their visitors to stay on the website after finding it on Google. I think creating thrustworthy search engine results will stay their main focus
Yes, actually i always beware of spam posting is g+ have any booming update again (like game facilities etc.)?
I don't know about the next update of Google but do hope that Google will do such a new thing for defeating all other Social Networking Sites.
