what is google panda update 21

    I want to know why Google penalize the sites with its latest updates of Google panda 21 .....what is it..why english are more effected with this update by 1.1 % and whereas other queries are effected only 0.6 %.

    The Panda algorithm change was designed to weed out low quality sites occupying the top spots in the SERPs. Algorithm changes are tweaked and then are released from time to time to filter out what it aims to filter. In the Panda algorithm case, it filters out low quality sites.

    Latest update has targeted all the low quality sites that are having duplicate content, title spamming etc.

    The update 21 has effected 0.4 % regular but upto 1.1 % english sites.This is becuase UK sites cover mostly the internet , and google wants to maintian good quality sites only
