    I think its going to be like what they did with Writey. They are just going to integrate the YouTube accounts into Google accounts. And they'll leave the rest (like the name) as it is.

    Yes exactly.. just as they have a little text "in affiliation with Google" in the footer of orkut.com. Once you grow as big as youtube, you are highly unlikely to change the name of your product.
