    Hiring employee for them???? i just know that they arrange an annual Hacking or programming contest and after a very tough 3 step exam on programing they select a few of them.

    At first you have to be a expert in any field where Google have interest and then visit this page Jobs for more details. If you have excellent quality and be able to meet their demand then you may get job in Google. Good luck. :)

    who take interview?

    is there group interview as well?
