Thanks I think google should get Firefox ownership instead of starting own browser. What you people say ?
It's ok.. after reading the blurb that's on the Google site you'll soon discover that it's a purely revolutionary style of web browser. Effectively starting from scratch. The idea that each tab is a separate entity in the eyes of your memory means when one web page crashes not all of them do, among other things. Oh, it's open source to! Which is the way to providing better and better software, as Mozilla have proved (and microsoft may eventually jump on board). Unfortunatly, it's still a bit buggy. This forum (and a lot of others) don't work 100% as such all the time! Bigmoose
Also Google Chrome also has an enhanced Javascript engine, which could mean that there will be certain enhancements if you use Google Docs with Chrome, though nothing official has been said so far. Some more info here http://www.digalist.com/list/3896 I still am using FF, because of the plugins for development and seo. Thats was makes it usefully for me. Websites load fast enough for me that any percentage gain will not be noticed.
Yep, Google Chrome is a new web browser by Google, it looks a lot like FireFox, but it doesn't have as much functionality as FF, one of the features of Chrome is that each tab has it's own process so if one tab locks up you can kill that process and not loose the whole browser.
