What is Google Buzz ?

How can we used it for website promotion or Seo Purpose ?

Also explain what is benefit and important of google Buzz.

I think it is a sort of pseudo-social network, but I don't believe it is getting much attention since facebook pretty much dominates everything.

With Google Buzz it is now easier to hide your followers/following lists. The option is now more visible in set-up process and exists in profile editing section of Buzz. Also we can block anybody who is following you. Before, you could only block people who created a public profile. Google Buzz now distinguishes between followers with public profiles and those with private profiles.

Google Buzz is a good social networking site . it is same as that of twitter. it is one of the google features released newly.but it surely helps out seo to get good traffic to the site as well as help to build links to the site.
