google+ is a new social network from google. Its so difficult to get google + because its depends upon invitation its limited. If you have large friend circle than you have chance to get google+. Hope you understand.
Google +1 is used if you click +1 in google searches it shows that you agree with result or you want share this information to others. And if you join google+ then you will have +1 button in your profile and it shows the result where you have click this +1 with the result. If you have doubts then see my google profile.
