    I heard that not now but in the near future the rankings of a site and its authenticity will play an active part depending on the number of +'s it gets from different users.

    The Google +1 button is just use as Facebook like button means for promotion of our website. Using these +1 button in our website our ranking is automatically increase in all browsers.
