What is google +1 button ?

I heard that not now but in the near future the rankings of a site and its authenticity will play an active part depending on the number of +'s it gets from different users.

 

+1 gets conversations going. Click the +1 button to give something your public stamp of approval. Then, if you want to share right away, add a comment and send it to the right circles on Google+.

 

It's an like button as many networking sites are providing. You can study about it more from google.
