    +1's can suggest page to user's friend in google search.

    For ex., if i +1's to xyz.com then when user search in google, it will show a line saying "osmasters +1'd this" so my friends may feel good on this page and will choose this page to see.

    The google +1 button is just like the facebook 'Like' button. It simply gives recommendation to other users that are in your google profile.

    It helps recommend others to your site. If you visit someones page and you like what they have to offer you would give them a +. It is similar to facebook like's. I use it for my company, it's very easy to set up.

    It's the Google's version of Facebook like button. When people +1s your site they are directly telling Google that your site has valuable content. This is a great tool and will become a very powerful tool for internet marketers eventually.

    In simple terms, + 1 button equivalent to tell you "this cool" or "this is worth a look".

    Click + 1 for something you said that the public is recommended. When your friends and relatives, contact or others on the Internet search, your + 1 can help them find the best content.

    It is Google's first war in the Social Media rampage. It can also be used in the SEO purpose but very limited for now. Maybe later they will design it to have an effect on the ranking as well.

    It do help in SEO
    it help you to move your website into Google Trustrank if do have lot of + 1.
    When you have lot of plus one mean your website content is quality and relevant and will help in your SEO.
