What is going on with DP forums?!

I have been on DP forums for sometime now and know the rules. I have posted 2 different posts to the "Link Sales" category but for some reason they keep getting "switched" or something to the "Freebies" section and causing me to receive infractions. This is crazy and I don't know what is going on. I posted the second post MAKING SURE that it was in the "Link Sales" category, but now as you can see it has "moved" to the "Freebies" category (just like the 1st post did, but i thought i made a mistake), causing me to receive infractions. Please can a moderator look into this. Thank you.

Anything that has a value of $5 (five dollars) or less belongs in the Freebies forum

You have notifications turned off in your user settings, so you aren't getting a message telling you about your infractions.
