You just write article related to my niche but i wont pay you for that but you can put your website's url in the article.Equal trade. My site is pr2 so it will help your site
Its writing on behalf of someone else. There's a pretty famous case of a guy called Phil Jones who has sold books "he has written" on how to get rich with property investment. Only problem is that the freelance sites have plenty of evidence that he hired ghost writers to do it for him. They get paid, but get no credit.
It is were a ghost writes for you in 'ghostly ink' ... No its where someone else writes the article but.. You pretend its you who has written in, a lot of the celebrity's autobiography were written by ghost-writers as they cant spell or read....
She said it! And she's right! And if you are a ghost writer, you will never have any rights to get back your articles that you wrote. And it's not a stupid question anyway. At least you are open to learn new things everyday. Good luck!
it is actual very simple fair to decent writer = freelancer Top 5% of professional writers, doing writer for a client = ghostwriter The ghostwriter relinquishes all rights and the work is credited to the purchaser Often a ghostwriter will make $100,000+ per year, also may do newsletters, blogs, ebooks, press releases, and more. Top 1% = $200,000 year+

Perry, I never actually started this thread. I replied to a thread in the B/S/T asking what it was, and I assume a moderator split it up and created a new thread for this here. Rather than creating a thread, I would have Googled it, but since someone had a thread started already related to the topic, I simply asked there, and my question got moved.
Top 1% makes $250,000 per 1 book At least it's so in a new The Ghost Writer (2010) movie I just saw, hehe. The question is: what contacts & level of skills is needed.
I do quite a lot of ghost writing for clients. There have been a number of e-books, web content, articles, etc. Never written a complete book as yet though, but not really gone looking for that but also as I am still in the process of building my new site, I haven't yet completed that section - I think I shall be doing that today It is good money but you do need to have outstanding writing abilities to be taken seriously.
"It is good money but you do need to have outstanding writing abilities to be taken seriously. " Only for books or syndicated columns mate. In general, ghostwriting are what the majority of 'writers' are doing in the BST section - writing bulk $1-$3 dollars articles w/o copyright or author acknowledgement.
That is a loose definition of ghost writing, but yes, you are correct I think that when people refer to "Ghost Writers" then they refer to those individuals who are able to author entire books or other articles for publication, who have a command of the English language that far surpasses most others and who can research for the likes of biographies, etc.
Valid point. Would you consider me one then, since I wrote a 4,000 word bio on Castro not two weeks ago?
