What is FTP in directories?

    I heard from someone about FTP in directory. So tell me please what is this term, And purpose of this term? How it is used in directory submission?

    I havent heard about FTP in directory. However in general FTP stands for File transfer protocol (FTP). It is a protocol through which you access files on your server through FTP clients like File Zilla.

    Maybe they were referring to a "ftp directory". Has nothing to do with a Web Directory, aside from the fact that the files that make up a directories HTML and or PHP structure are typically located in a ftp directory. Basically a "directory" and or "folder" on a hard drive where the files that are accessed via ftp and http are stored. FTP meaning the site owner uses this protocol to upload (move) his/her files to and from the directory/web site. And http where by the end user uses a web browser like FireFox to view those files.

    I never heard of it. May be it's needed when you upload your directory websites in your web server.

    FTP is not a directory Ftp is a protocol [file transport protocol ] it is used ot transport the file from client computer on server side

    when you post, do let the readers know what you are writing or what do you want to know. As far as my knowledge there is no such FTP thing in Directory
