What is Frozen Balance of alertpay.

    My alertpay accout saw Frozen Balance and i can't withdraw it

    Why????

    I guess somebody issued a charge-back and the amount is frozen until you contact the user. ;)

    Yes.Maybe someone opened a dispute..You had better contact the buyer asap then upload all documents to alertpay..
