What is Francesco in Itally

    I often hear Francesco from Italy. Is that a last name or first name? Many Italian named Francesco.

    it's the first name there. Well it sounds nice and i think it's the most used name in italy. With that lovely italian accent it's great when you say "ciao, i'm francesco. tu?"
