    expanded use number is a 4 digit PIN that you will receive (On your credit card statement) when you enter your credit card in paypal and click on add. This number is used to verify your credit card.

    Check your credit card statement (online or paper) for a 4 digit code embedded in the description of a charge that PayPal does to the card.

    Iran is listed in paypal :O You will have to verify your address mate (if Iran is listed) as well as you will have to add credit card.

    LoL i guess the perfect answer will be mien.. (Crossing Figures) (But i do not want the money as u are in trouble and i am just helping for the sake of humanity :) )

    1) If u got limited then there might be something showing up like Fax Document... all u might receive Enter landline telephone number.
    What option u got there ?
    Am i know u would be Having Option like ADD CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT


    Not related to limited issue
    2) If u added a Card into ur paypal then u will need expuse number which comes in the CC MONTHLY STATEMENT.. in there u will see paypal entry with a 4 digit number and that is the exp use number. Just enter this in the paypal 4 digit exp use number Or Enroolment ....*** something...
