What is exactly the distinction between a Promoter and a Marketer?

    What is exactly the distinction between a Promoter and a Marketer? May you share some aspects in which they may differ?

    I really want to hear your ideas, guys.Thanks!

    I believe:

    Marketer - Someone who does SEO your website, builds backlinks, submit to directories, etc..
    Promoter - Someone who twitters your website, posts flyers, create a facebook account for you, and updates it, and etc..
