I herd about it on a blog somewhere, and now I am all cureous on it. I googled it and it said that it's when you find a affiliate website, then get people to join basicly, and you make like $1 per person or something? I have a few questions: 1. Is it illegal? 2. Can you really make $1 per person that signs up? 3. What is a site that does this? Thanks guys.
You do not want to get into ewhoring. Basically, guys pose as girls to get guys to sign up and do CPA stuff and what not. They use pictures of some hot chick, and get on the guys good side, and the ask him to do stuff that will make them money.
e-whoring is when you pretend to be a Hot Girl (Mostly) or Boy in a chat / email convo with sole intentions of sending your affiliate link to other party asking them to join the site so that they can get in touch with you. Legality - Debatable . In my opinion as long as you are not targeting minors, it is not illegal. Of course it is highly unethical and most of the merchants will kick you out if they find you engaged in e-whoring. Can you really make $1 per sign up. Heck you can make even $5 per sign up. Depends upon your merchant and how many leads you are producing a day. However I doubt if any respectable dating merchant will pay you for free signups in ewhoring.
And here I was, thinking that ewhoring means cam girl/cam boy type of thing done from home or something like that.
Lol what, anyways responses like your why this can't be ran seriously, because you need to answer about the thread! so, does anyone else have any more info on it? who cares if its blackhat, I wanna learn about it!!
e-whoring is about tricking people into signing up for services online by making them believe they're going to get laid.
You'll find out about eWhoring if you were to go to "black hat world". Google the phrase. @joebert, we are neighbors.
If you're good at getting people to sign up and want something in that niche, then go to adultfriendfinder. I haven't tried it, but considered it. The offers look quite interesting. Just scroll down to where it says webmasters or make money or something like that. PS. It's an adult site, so if you want to avoid adult content, stay away
My questions is who wants to explain how they make money online when they have to start the conversation with "...well I pretend to be a girl and get guys to..." Now thats an awkward work explanation. Also I don't wanna hear about my avatar pic. I think she's hot and do not take part in e-whoring. I like seeing her next to my posts haha!
