    epassporte offers virtual visa and a debit card service. You could also do a member to member funds transfer like paypal.

    It is actually quite neat. I believe anyone can sign up for it.

    It's not free to sign up but many adult and pharmacy sites offer a free account if you sign up with them and send them few clients.

    $5 should get you signed up for the Virtual VISA. In my case, it was Digital Rivers which offered this as an option to pay us software developers and it definitely is a nice payment options. It sure beats paying the higher fees for wire transfers especially if you are not in the US.
