Dynamic insertion places the exact keyword/phrase that an individual searched for, directly in your ad. This can help with your ads to make them more relevant and tailored to every search.
You can put this in the ad title, copy, display URL, and even destination URL for keyword tracking in Google Analytics or another tracking suite.

Insert {keyword:default text} into your ad where you want the dynamic text to appear. Where it says "default text", you should put whatever keyword you want to show up for if the particular search was too long. Sometimes whatever was searched would make your ad too long and wouldn't fit Google's guidelines so you need to have a backup keyword to show up. For more information just do a Google search for "adwords dynamic keyword insertion" and they will show you a few examples.

Be careful though because this can often lead to strange looking/sounding ads and problems with plurals and grammar. I think it can be useful for some people but I never use it since we have very granular ad groups wit very tailored copy already.

I have a site related to fashion and i want to put the dynamic keyword insertion for displaying the Ad. As when we put a keyword like chocolate as compulsory and need to rotate that with various chocolate tastes like strawberry, milk etc.

so i want suggestion for that.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the above to be correct on exact match only. If broad match the keyword/phrase will be what you bid on not necessarily what was typed for the search.

Not correct. The keyword that is inserted is the keyword that triggered your ad, not the keyword the user used. Of course, if the keyword that triggered your ad was an exact match, it will be the same as what the user searched for.

    To expand on the syntax:

{keyword:text} inserts all in lower case, no matter how you entered the keyword (keyword "Go USA" would be inserted as "go usa")
{Keyword:text} capitalizes the first letter of the first word only ("Go USA" would be inserted as "Go usa")
{KeyWord:text} capitalizes the first letter of each word ("Go USA" would be inserted as "Go Usa")
