    No-Follow blog not share PR with you whereas
    Do-follow blog shares page rank with you.

    Do follow = Share PR juice and get back links from that.
    No follow = only get Back links from no follow links. They don't share PR juice with any other pages.

    Do Follow are useful for getting pr and ranking higher in search engines.
    No Follow is pretty much useless.
