    Hello,
i was searching on google and found one note at the bottom of search result page.

"in response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint that caused the removal(s) at ChillingEffects.org. "
you can see that here http://www.google.com/search?q=web+...ggon=0&rlz=1B3GGGL_enIN233IN233&start=30&sa=N

    what does it mean?

i tried to read here http://www.google.com/intl/en/dmca.html
but still not clear, i wonder that can any one complain against any site and google remove that page from search result. it is new to me.
can we know which site they removed from search result?

I don't know about that particular search result, but you can read C&D's here:
    http://www.chillingeffects.org/dmca512/notice.cgi

The Digital Millenium Copyright Act allows copyright holders to file a claim against an infringing site. If someone files such a claim with Google, following the procedure in your link above, Google then must respond. They will ask the allegedly infringing site to respond to the allegation, and may remove the site from the results until it's sorted out. There are legal penalties for filing a false DMCA notice, so it shouldn't be done lightly.

There is more info here: http://www.marketingdock.com/copyrights/dealing-with-copyright-infringement.php

(If you go through the DMCA notices on the ChillingEffects.org site, you may be able to figure out which site it was.)
