    Simply ranking is known as SERP Results, Search Engines update PR based on the inbound quality backlinks found for the Domain.

    Ranking is the position of your website in search results when user enters one of the keywords targeted by you.

    PageRank or PR is a rank assigned to web pages of your website. It is assigned on the scale of 1-10. In actuality, a web page may have rank in fractions but in PR toolbar you see a whole number.
    This PR is assigned on the basis of the quality of the backlinks your website has got.
