    Hello Friends..

I know this is my chipest question but I am in great confusion. recently I have transfer 4$ to one my friends paypal account. both have personal account and my friend receive $3.51 ($0.49 paypal charge) only . I understand that is paypal fee. but when ever one online job site fiverr.com pay me $4, I receive $3.92 in my account. why here only $0.8 as charge ?.

fiverr.com has business paypal account. when ever I check different fee structure of personal, business and premium account, i found all fee are same then why In my case $0.49 deducted and while in fiverr case only $0.8 ?

If any one know why this is so then please help.

Fee isn't related to account type but to the location of the account. If you do transaction within your country, there won't be any fee for it.

Maybe fiverr sent you the money via "Gifts"...Where are you from?

As far as I have read, Paypal deducts - 2.9%+30 cents for each transaction, however, sometimes the amount is way beyond this. On receiving a payment of around 60 dollars, I was charged more than 4$ as fees. Huh!

They may have also used masspay.

    Coz 3.92 + 2% masspay fees = 4$

    I am sure its masspay
