what is CTR and eCPM

    what is Page CTR and Page eCPM

    is this effect on my google earning
    and
    my page impressions are are 20000
    and my page ctr is 2.12%
    and eCPM is £4.17


    is this good ?
    or which effects these things has on my earning :confused:

    CTR = Click Through Rate

    eCPM= It is a bit of industry shorthand that seems here to stay. You've seen it listed in your AdSense reports; it means, "effective cost per thousand impressions."

    mean if m getting this eCPM is £4.17 mean m getting £4.17 per thousand impression mean on every thosand impression ? is this right ?
    & what is mean by click through rrate little describe more
