What Is Coop Weight

Im a little off beat here. Can someone tell me what Coop Weight is and should i learn more about it.

The fater you are (More weight), the more your ads show up in the network, the more search engines see you, the more back-links you get, the more PR you get....

Took me 2 seconds lol. But i get the picture. How do i find out my COOP WEIGHT on a site.

Join the network, place the ads on the site, then validate and you'll see weight...if Google likes the site.

Just don't give a page too much weight when you make ads!!! 2,000 is enough for a new page!!!

 

Not sure which network can you point me there.

http://www.get-visitors-quick.com/ has info on it and links to the network. The network is the DigitalPoint co-op.

 

Its very strange that coop doesn't give included significant value (weight) to the websites which displays coop ads.

 

The only way to get weight is from having the ads. Don't display ads and you don't get weight, so you do get value for having the ads. I've had one site get over 30K of weight....until Google went bonkers!!! And 100% of it comes because you have the ads. Then Google decides how much you should get!!!

Then why are you co-relating displaying of coop ads to get weight with Google :?

 

When you validate a site, it looks at your Google listings and PR to give you your weight.

You can have a site with 1,000,000 page and have no weight if none of the pages are in Google.

You can have a site with 1,000,000 page with them all indexed in Google and have no weight if none of the pages got the ads on them.

how weight is calculated further?
If i display 5 coop ads with 100,000 page impression?
Would my wiegh increase signifiacantly or coop doesn't give significant value to coop ad displayer website.

In fact I don't understand how and when the weight is calculated. Why doesn't someone show us a formula or explain it in detail? I think that would make things easier to understand.

This is what I did:

- Registered with DP about two or three days ago.
- Put the code on one of my websites.
- Ads are displayed there already.
- Uploaded some banners plus links I want to get visited.
- Enabled them.
- 2 of them were accepted already.

I thought, now I should get an amount of expressions that is somehow equivalent to the # of impressions I gave DP, but this doesn't happen.

DP's banner and text is displayed more than 300,000 times a day on that website, but my weight is still 33. In fact I had >360,000 page impressions yesterday and >290,000 today (10:30 pm). What happens here?

Also the statistics show an empty diagram (IE and Opera).

Are there any stats that show how often DP's ads have been displayed on my website?

I'd be more than happy if someone can advice me. Please excuse my mistakes, I'm German.

May be, but I already gave them more than 600,000 impression in 2 days and I wish to know what happens with them.

Today it raised to an incredible 36 from 33 . But there's still no stats available.

Post the URL and we can probably tell you why it has very little weight. The site could get 1,000,000 page views a day and that wouldn't help at all with geting weight.

 

Thank you, Nintendo. The addr is drago-sim.com. But I just disabled the display of DP's ads to see what's going on here in the next days. The remaining stuff is still left in its previous state.

 

Look at this. At max, 55 listings in Google. You can get a billion pageviews a day and it wonuldn't change it. Only Google can change your weight.

And change your PR from 2, to 5....or higher.
