If i Submit/Post an article into multiple Article Directory Website. Its Duplicate or Not please give ans with reason. I think When Anything on internet is double we call duplicate. If We do any changes in it that we not call duplicate. can i right???

If you submit a single article into multiple articles is called duplicate contents.. You may try article spinner software to avoid this duplicate issues...
It's not possible that if you submit the same article into multiple article directory site it will count as duplicate content issue.
hi same article seen as the duplicate conetent once its is posted and accepted on the site, means its over the internet, and 2nd time its seen as an duplicate content because its already on the internet .
According to me if you have a own blog/sites and you are posting some content in home page,and then this home page content are post in some other pages in your site/blog.It means your content are duplicate.
If you have posted some content on a website/blog for the first time and it has never been posted anywhere prior to this than it is unique content.. If you post this content on some other website/blog then it will no longer be unique. it will be a duplicate of the previous version. Even if you make slight changes in it, it will still be a duplicate content. The amount of duplication can be quantified with the help of a plagiarism checker.. Anything above 10% is in the red zone..
Hi. Suppose you have wrote an article and same article already exist in the Google , then it means duplicacy of the content. Try to use unique and different content, title, i know its little bit difficult, but if try again and again , surely you will be able to write your own articles but do not use article spinner, as Google do not support this, in case you will be caught, Google will delete your site.
there are three types of content duplicacy found- 1> Truly duplicate- Same URL, Same Content 2> Near Duplicate- Same Url, same content but site structure different 3> Mirror Image- Different Url but Same content
