    nobody knows with 100% certainty, but title, meta-tags, and content are taken into account.

    A lot matters. What keywords you are using and where they are located. Whether in a title or in the actual content of the pages.

    Content is the king when it comes to relevant ads being shown. I think Google has ensured the algorithm takes the meta tags into condieration but reduced its prominence over the years due to possibilty of spamming and hidden keywords, etc.

    Yes all of the above do play a part in it. Just like getting your webpage listed in search engines you need co combine the content and meta to get what you want

    title does matter, try to get keywords in your title that you want to target !

    well i think the title thing is working against me.. lol I dont want it to target my main title (the one on every single page...) I Want adsense to focus on the page title if that makes sense..

    you can use section targeting around your H1 tags (or anywhere on the page) to point the Adsense-Bot at what you want your ads focused on.
