    Hi,

Am not really sure if am a victim of keyword stuff or what is really considered as keyword stuffing.
On my homepage I have a paragraph with 285 number of words.

    I have used:

    13 - <h2>
    1 - <h1>

I don't know if over using <h2> tags are considered as keyword stuff and also
most of the words I used are related to my site topic.

    Best Regards,

maximum of 2% to 4% can be the safe keyword density in your post. which means if your no of words is 100 then your keyword can be present 2 to 5 nos of times. above that can be considered as spam by google.

P.S. keywords should be scattered in a nice and readable way. Thanks.

I agree with shawoon, I've always been told to try and keep it under 5%. As long as your keywords are relevant to your content and reader friendly you should be fine.

13 H2 for me is too much for only less that 300 words in a single page. Good way to use H2 on title of paragraphs and not in the words inside the paragraph.

Keyword stuffing is considered to be an unethical search engine optimization (SEO) technique. Keyword stuffing occurs when a web page is loaded with keywords in the meta tags or in content. The repetition of words in meta tags may explain why many search engines no longer use these tags.

13 <h2> is consider ok because it takes about 4.6% of your content. If you could lower it to 4%, that would be nicer, meaning there will be 11 <h2>.
