I'm just curious as to what is considered a good amount per sessions for a website per month... If there is such a number?
Well, the higher the better... But for a web site of a small business with 10 pages with a target audience in a country with a couple million people, maybe 100 sessions a day is good, and for a news website with 1000+ articles in a country with 50 million people, 10.000 sessions a day is low. Conclusion, many factors to decide a good value for that metric. I mean, if you sell a product that gives you a profit of 100$ and from that 100 visits a day you sell 1, you will profit 3000$ a month. For many people that's good, for others it's bad. So.... You see what I mean right?
Hi Miguel, Thanks for replying... I know it's an odd question to ask and difficult to answer but what you said makes perfect sense and is what i was thinking also. It depends on many factors like such as size of site, ecomm vs non-ecomm etc... Cheers, /Gregg
Yeah mate, I would say it depends on: - Target Audience Size - Website Type - Industry - Competition - Number of pages - Search Trends
It depends on The website size How old the site is what you're selling I would say that about 100 unique visitors a day is good though for a smallish website. Especially if you're selling something with high profit margins.
