What is code for HTML based website on windows server.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have about 5 HTML based website, i would like to add on to Co-op Advertising Network.

    But all websites hotsed on Windows server. i have tried .htaccess file but it is not working with Windows server.
    You are requested to please send me code for HTML based sites hosted on Windows server.
