So, what is click fraud and how does it occur? Wikipedia provides us with a definition:

"Clíck fraud occurs in pay per clíck online advertising when a person, automated scrípt, or computer program imitates a legitimate user of a web browser clicking on an ad, for the purpose of generating an improper charge per clíck. Clíck fraud is the subject of some controversy and increasing litigation due to the advertising networks being a key beneficiary of the fraud whether they like it or not."

Click fraud will either get you banned or even sued depending on the severity of the situation.

    Thought this might be helpful.:)

click fraud means fake clicks..it occur when owner/company of the website clicks on his ads. or clicks generated by automated systems.

click fraud doesnt have to be by the owner of the site. Sometimes you get eager people wanting to help websites out by clicking the ads. (even if you never ever ask).

Its how businesses deal with click fraud. Especially when Non-Publisher-Persons (NPP's) commit click fraud.
Google treats publishers like crap, just banning them for life. (you dont have to go far to find the complaints) They dont give the IP addresses to block/ban.
Where as other ones treat publishers better and getting them involved to resolve the issue.
