    .info is the cheapest gTLD , 0,89 $ at Godaddy but .info looks spammy.

    Well the audience doesn't matter unless you are looking for a .ru extension. I wouldn't recommend a .ru extension as they are a little more expensive (I saw prices ranging from $20 to $60 per domain). Com is always the best but if you are looking for the cheapest extension it'd be .info as newzone said above.
