what is chacha?

    I went to chacha.com too... what is chacha , still I didn't get it...

    can anybody tell what exactly it is?

    it seems to be a search engine...
    but without geolocation, with poor results and needs a long time to deliver the informations.
    I just learn it exists because of your thread about it.
