What is causing ads to display like this?

I've seen a couple of ads display like this:

"http://www.namepros.com">Domain Name
"http://www.itzbits.co.uk/bb/bbmain.htm">
"http://www.buygourmet.net">Gourmet Food

No link. It goes away when the page is refreshed.

 

looks like the html is getting corrupted

 

Posted the same question/request yesterday no answer till now....

 

1. check your own page code make sure no open tags like div or p or whatever are floating about
2. make sure the css is valid and complete
next
3. make sure you have the latest php code
4. flush (empty) ad_network_ads.txt

Never had this problem before and its only getting worse.. Tried the above didnt work...guess im back to the source code

 

Forgot to close a div tag ... Fixed now...
