Really, white hat SEO is the best way to get better rankings.
Using black hat SEO you may, probably get that good rankings faster, but your site will be obviously banned or something like that.
So you will not be in first 200 in search engines for example.

Some times unknowingly we use such techniques. So better to have idea of it in advance.
We can avoid that use so.

 

black hat is the easiest way to be successful in seo but it won't last.
White hat is the safest way and accepted method to use.

 

Black Hat might get penalize by google
White Hat = hardly will get penalize.
