    If you are adding or updating your content irrespective of whether you are using blog or website, it will be good for adsense.
    Another if your website is user based then also it is good for adsense.

    to me it doesn't really matter. I static websites and blogs to run and my personal choice is the static website as it's lower in maintenance as I do not have to update it on a regular basis.

    I doesn't matter if you use either of the two. What matters most is your web presence so you will get more traffic and more revenue from adsense.

    I do both blogs and websites and all I can say is they both do good in adsense as of the moment.

    Depends on what your website/blog is offering to your visitors. The more unique content/service you have, the more visitors you can get and more income you can generate using adsense program.
