As per my opinion we can focus on creative custom ads to make a impressive ads to attract more relevant traffic on the website. By this ways we can create each ads according to keywords relevancy and product based and get a great CTR.

    Hello,

Responsive designs allows you to control the presentation of website which additionally also allows you to control the size of the ad/ads on your page. whereas in custom size you can define the size and width of the ad/ads. It doesn't dynamically change the size of the ad.

So in my consideration responsive design is better rather to custom size.

    Thanks,
    Ebranding.

I go for responsive ads over the custom-sized ones.

Custom-sized ads have a fixed length and width and therefore do not adapt to a responsive website layout.

In contrast, responsive ads allow developers to control ad size on webpages using CSS and media queries.
