What is better? CMS or Custom Built?

    For getting good results with Adsense and even the Google Search Engine, which is best to use? A CMS? or build the site yourself?

    The best thing to decide a niche, is just think of a good one, have no doubts and just start building the site. If you're going to think about it on and on you'll only postpone your earnings;).
