What is better about ranking in Google: 1 - Have a page with exclusive content (eg page article) hyperlinked to your site, or 2 - Have links in the footer of the site
To make your website better ranking in Google, it is important to do anchor text and alt text with the keyword in your website.
But in context links not score more? If you place a link at the bottom of the page pointing to this article will score more?
You need a mixture. However i don't like links as low as the footer, keyword rich links in unique content is great!
The ideal situation will be if you have links in both the cases, otherwise if you have links in the footer that will be a great way to increase the link value.
They both are necessary, the second way is better for the homepage, the first one is more suitable to the other pages.
Depending on how these scenarios were done, if they are naturally done with regards to relevancy and not to boost a site's backlink or ranking.
I'm thinking as an agency, how will benefit through better links with sites developed. The best would then have the links in the footer and a page talking about how unique it was developed?
Generally, it is better to place your link at the footer or one can place link in the body itself, but, it is practiced mostly in blogs.. When someone goes through your article or blog or content on web,one would find it nice to have your links at a place ,i.e. at the footer.
