Pr 0 is much better than no Pr as 0 PR evidences that your particular website has been indexed by google.

This question has been on my mine also. I have several pages that are PR0 and many of them have pages on the first page of Google. I think the age of the site also plays a big role in your PR from Google. Many of my sites are less than a year old, but they have pages that are ranked very highly on the search engines.

Do you people even have a clue what you're talking about? Don't you understand that what you see in that little green PR bar in the Google Toolbar is ABSOLUTELY NO REFLECTION OF TODAY'S REALITY? You are looking at what your PR mapped to in the PAST, not today (typically many weeks if not months ago). On the day Toolbar PR is published it's already weeks, maybe a month or more old.

PR0 just means that the last time Google put out a Toolbar PR update, that your page was indexed then (might be indexed now... who knows) and that your URL had a little PR but not enough to be considered PR1. That same URL might be PR n/a today or it might be PR5 today... but it is still showing PR0 in the toolbar.

PRn/a almost always means that your page simply had not been indexed the last time Google put out a Toolbar PR update. That page was likely not in their index when they took the snapshot of all URLs and the "actual" PRs so they could map it to a Toolbar PR for the next update. But that same URL that is showing a PRn/a in the Toolbar could be PR5 today.

You have absolutely NO way of determining what the actual PR is for a URL today so there is absolutely NO way you can say one is better than the other.

It is like jumping to the conclusion that a star exists just because you see it in the sky tonight. That star may have burned out 50 yrs ago, but because it is 100 lightyears away, you're going to see it in the sky for the next 50 years even though it no longer exists.

If u ask which one is better then obviously 0 is better than n/a. Don't pay much attention on PR, it will increase as you get good and quality backlinks from high PR sites but it doesn't mean that PR is useful for getting any kind of traffic. It just gauges the importance of web page.

n/a PR means the page has no PR, PR 0 means the page has PR and its value is 0. So PR0 is better than n/a PR.

Yes i agree with pr0 is better than pr n/a. pr0 means atleast you got 0 rank. i trust most n/a is given to newly launched site or site which is not having worthy content or something worthless.

Thats somewhat TRUE ----> I need to bet on youre PR is wasting valuable time - SEO is the culprit to chase ----PR stinks - infact all it is for Yah is a damm GREEN meter bar --- wont justify NADA ......... getting contacts and link trades from India and USA you know youre targeting traffic NOT PR.......
