What is best way to rank for global keywords?

    Global keywords have huge competition. So it's not easy to get ranking. You need to standout from the crowd and convince Google that your website deserve the top ranking.


    Following factors will effect Google decision;

    -Your content

    -Your website design, layout and user friendliness

    -User signals like time spend on site, ctr , bounce rate ,etc

    -on-page factors
