What is best strategy to do 3 way link building?

What is best strategy to do 3 way link building? Is there any software available for it or any site which provide that kind of service.
I tried in forum but got few links. Now i am looking in bulk for 3 way link buiding.

The more natural the process is, more friendly google will remain.

 

I would like to hear from somebody who is actually using Leger's 3way links. Are you getting the links? Does Google see them or ignore them? I have used a free 3way link service called Daniel McGonagle's Three Way Link Building Service. The data I get back from this is that I have many backlinks generated by the service, but on Google webmaster tools I see none of these links. So let me hear from someone who IS using Leger's 3way link service. Thanks in advance.
