    From the list above,
    In my opinion, Forums and blogs are the best source of Google backlinks.
    Many blogs use nofollow link and external-nofollow in user comments, so forum is a little bit easier.
    Most people post just for backlinks, right?

    The best IBls are those from your competitors, but it should be really difficult to obtain them. Then, I guess that are those from quality directories (submit your site in the proper category! relevant cat = relevant IBL).
