What is best service for receiving payment and paying affiliates from?

    I am building a site that will be a paid to join marketing system and then an affiliate site were they make the commisions from sign ups they refer.

    What is the best service for this type pf situation?

    Affiliate junction it is then. I was going to go with paypal but I need it to be able to pay commisions to others can I do this automatically with paypal? Or just go with affiliate junction?
