what is best seo software for development site ? Really need help

i want to do seo myself and i know manual link building and directory and article submission is much better but since it take alot of time each day , is there any good software that can help me to developer sites faster ?

or tell me how you do your SEO it in less time

Note i dont want to analysis my site as i can use google webmaster or many other sites .

i want a complete software do directory ,article ,social bookmarking ,blog posts and others , or 1 or 2 of these professionally ... i can pay for it also if its good one ...i want to come up in search engines for my kys and increase my visitors in lower time

They are running a nice little deceptive marketing scam, where in very small fine print at the VERY bottom of the order page (which you will never see if you click on the "order now button" direct) where it says you need to pay for a monthly subscription to get updates to the software..

I use Link-Assistant software and gotta say their updates are well worth paying for. It's no scam, all good SEO tools have search engine updates fees. And those that don't, do not get updated that often anyway.
